Job Scope:
A Welcome the guests in a warm and friendly manner.
A Ensure all rides and attractions rules and regulations are enforced at all times.
A Ensure all rides and attractions start up and closedown procedures are completed correctly.
A Organize and regulate queuing systems for all rides and attractions.
A Ensure height measuring is conducted accurately and efficiently.
A Ensure ride platforms are organized for operation.
A Explain, distribute and fit ride safety clothing to guests that require it.
A Ensure that guests load and unload from rides and attractions safely and efficiently.
A Check all ride restraints, safety belts and attraction equipment properly to ensure guests are safe and comfortable at all times.
A Check safety equipment (fire extinguishers, emergency exits and emergency routes).
A Communicate clearly with guests, colleagues and management at all times.
A Be able to use the ride stop and emergency stop functions effectively and confidently.
A Delivering fun and memorable experiences to the guests.
A Opening and closing the rides and attractions to guests.
A Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
A Record all details of the daily operation or a ride or attraction (e.g. downtimes, throughputs and colleague breaks).
A Ensure that the daily ride documentation is kept up to date, tidy and accurate.
A Handle and lead ride downtimes and emergency situations as and when required.
A Ensure clean and safe environment.
A This position requires a large time spent standing and talking on positions.
A Ability to stay focused at all times, during long shifts and quiet / busy periods in the park.
A Any other tasks that may be required from time to time to perform to meet the needs of the business.
Essentials:

A Speak and understand English language
A Ability to work under pressure and long shift times

Desirables:
A Higher secondary or equivalent
A 1 year rides and attractions experience in another theme park
A Speak and understand Arabic language
A Creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work related problems
A For Operator position training:
o Ability to manage small teams
o Ability to concentrate uninterrupted for long periods of time
o Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
o Ability to multi-task
o Ability to oversee the safety of all colleagues and guests at a particular ride or attraction
