We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to help manage and improve the day-to-day activities of our company. This role will involve supporting various operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows, and assisting in the coordination of projects and processes across different departments.Key Responsibilities:General Operations Support:
Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.
Help manage and organize company records, files, and documents.
Support the coordination of logistics, supplies, and resources for the team.
Process Improvement & Coordination:
Assist in tracking and improving operational processes and workflows.
Help implement new systems and strategies to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
Data Management & Reporting:
Track and update operational data, including inventory, supplies, and resources.
Prepare reports on operational performance and any issues for management.
Monitor key metrics and provide insights to help improve processes.
Project Assistance:
Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives.
Help schedule meetings, coordinate project tasks, and track progress.
Assist in managing project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Customer and Vendor Communication:
Communicate with vendors, clients, or customers to address inquiries or issues.
Assist in processing orders, deliveries, and vendor invoices.
Support customer service efforts when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
