Job Description

:

The employee should be able to fulfill the below tasks in a timely manner that is appropriate and relevant to Airport operations:

Customs tasks:

The ability to process the below customs procedure using ATLP/TAMM

Processing all types of Customs declarations and customs procedures for Air shipments such as the below,

- Customs clearance

- Import/export operations - sea & air freight

- Knowledge of international transport rules, TAMM, ATLP, MOFAIC Attestation.

- Maintain import, export and customs procedures register daily.

handling physical customs clearance at Abu Dhabi cargo terminal and Zayed international Airport.

Preparing all required physical copies of documents required for all shipment types as part of pre-clearance.

" we are looking for a competent operations assistant to join our team who will assist in day to day customs operations, and with an open mind he/she will also be required to assist in air freight operations such as AWB printing, Airlines bookings.

Job type: full-time

Driving license is preferred

Experience:

- Abu Dhabi Customs experience: 3-5 years (required)

- Air freight experience: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

- English (required)

- Arabic ( preferred)

- German ( optional)
