Job Description

Production Oversight:

• Lead the supervision of production activities, ensuring precision in meeting quality and quantity benchmarks.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive production schedules, finely tuned for efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to optimize and innovate production processes.

Site Management:

• Direct the oversight of multiple production sites, meticulously ensuring safety compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Foster seamless workflow coordination by actively engaging with site supervisors.
• Conduct regular on-site assessments to evaluate progress and address operational intricacies.

Raw Material Management:

• Ensure the seamless availability of raw materials by collaborating closely with procurement teams.
• Vigilantly monitor inventory levels, implementing strategies to optimize usage and minimize waste.
• Proactively engage with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective raw material supplies.

Quality Control:

• Institute and rigorously enforce stringent quality control measures, upholding product excellence.
• Collaborate closely with quality assurance teams to swiftly address any deviations from established standards.
• Investigate and resolve product-related issues, ensuring continual customer satisfaction.

Team Management:

• Provide visionary leadership to production teams, fostering motivation and a sense of purpose.

Process Improvement:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
