•Oversee the daily operations of the organization.•
•Assist on recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.•
•Collaborate with department heads to understand project requirement and execution.•
•Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a well-organized and safe working environment.•
•Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.•
•Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for documents and records.•
•Assist in coordinating logistics and operational activities.•
•Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.•
•Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.•
•Resolve administrative problems.•
•Assist managers in setting performance goals and developing performance improvement plans.•
•Monitor and report on key performance•
•Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies.•
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and support HR documentation.•
•Familiar with ISO standards and QHSE requirements•
•Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. •
