Job Description

Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis:

Gather and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Reporting:

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics.

Process Improvement:

Work with the operations team to identify areas for process optimization and develop strategies for improvement.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Collaborate with various teams, including finance, supply chain, and IT, to implement operational changes and ensure alignment across the organization.

Cost Management:

Assist in tracking operational costs, helping identify areas to reduce expenses and improve overall cost efficiency.

Problem-Solving:

Address operational challenges by providing data-driven solutions and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.

Systems Support:

Provide support for operational software and tools, including troubleshooting issues and suggesting improvements.

Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure that operational procedures are documented, up-to-date, and in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in an operations or analytical role, preferably in logistics/supply chain/corporate governance/industrial engineering. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization), SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of operations management and business process improvement techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Ability to analyze large datasets, generate insights, and present findings in a clear and actionable format. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.

Skills:

Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle. Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics. Experience with project management methodologies.
