As the Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and timely support to the after sales support team. This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a keen analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess a strong willingness to learn and thrive when collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Deliver timely, accurate and professional reports to key stakeholders, including part sales, inventory and service dashboards
Conduct analysis on OEM price changes and ensure accurate pricing uploads in the ERP system
Prepare budgets for the after sales business (parts, service, and training) and generate monthly rolling forecasts for parts
Collaborate with parts and service teams to provide monthly sales variance commentary between actual and budget figures
Assist in retrieving data from the Inventory Control System (ICS) and troubleshoot ERP-related queries
Demonstrate a strong understanding of general ledger setup, chart of accounts and associated data within various ledgers for detailed financial analysis
