We\'re the global leader in providing energy solutions that help businesses grow and communities thrive.We work as a team and we\xe2\x80\x99re proud of the difference we make to customers, to local communities, and towards a sustainable future for the world.We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for Operations Administrator in Dubai and the main job function to provide support and handle all administrative tasks for the Central Operations and field-based teams.Why Aggreko?Fixed term position based in Jebel Ali, DubaiCompetitive compensation packageContinuous training and development with career growth opportunitiesSafety-focused cultureWhat you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:Arrange travel and hotel bookings for the ME Transactional business when needed.Liaising with necessary parties for visas where requiredSupport hiring managers with scheduling interviews as and when requestedProvides support to hiring managers by arranging the travel requirements for new hires such as flight, accommodation, airport pick up, and daily transfers to and from the office an ensure that they receive all necessary travel documents before the scheduled flight.Ensures that new hires are guided with their schedules, activities, and whom to report to particularly on the first day of joining.Provides guidance to new hires by answering any questions they may ask and by directing them to the right person when necessary.Provide a first-class customer service role across the business, both internally and externally.Support all departments with administrative or organizing tasks, etc.Diary Management, collation of presentations, prepare/maintain records of agenda and minutes.Data management including updating of information into the relevant system.Liaise with Key Stakeholder\'s to coordinate employees induction or exitActively committed and accountable for compliance to the Aggreko Health, Safety & Environmental policies, operating procedures, and compliance to local legislation including external and internal audits.Any other duties considered related essential for effective operations and service as requested.You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the following skills and experience:Effective communication and skillsFluent command of English language, spoken and writtenEffective planning organizational and time management skillsExcellent keyboard skills, computer literate and experienced in all Microsoft productsFind out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
