Manage the clerical and administrative functions of an office. Ensure peak organisational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying bottlenecks.
Assisting with and following all the established policies and procedures. Ultimately improving operational efficiency where identified.
Managing & arranging inventory.
Overseeing fulfilment of all orders for the customers via our online store and offline purchases, as well as third-party bulk orders, such as distributors & stockists.
Maintaining general office files including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company\'s operations as necessary.
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
Dealing with customer correspondence and supporting the customer service team where necessary.
Providing direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, and maintaining the filing system.
Mailing and shipping packages & orders, updating the customer database and employee list.
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoices, monitoring accounts & Product Registration Certificates (PRCs), other related paperwork, and their expiry dates.
Support and oversee the accounting function, prepare monthly payables, and save into related folders for the accounting department.
Sourcing manufacturers and new suppliers when required and managing the existing relationships.
Assisting with booking consultations & managing the schedule for in-house health coaches.
Webinar & event coordination and support when necessary.
Establishing good professional relationships with all our stockists & distributors.
