Want to join us? We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated Operational Project (OPL) to join our team within our plant in Oujda.

Position Summary As an OPL, you will Ensure the follow-up and control of new projects at the development phase and according to the group's pre-planning and procedures.

Your Role As an OPL, you will be in charge of these various accountabilities: Use preplanning as a tool for developing and monitoring plant tasks. Set up and monitor the PDP. Coordinate SOPs and their follow-up (production start). Assist production during the prototypes and mass production phase. Ensure coordination between all departments to guarantee a good start for new projects. Ensure the link with the central customer service. Carry out the Operational Gate Review (OGR) and follow up on the action plan. Uphold compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

Your Background You got a Bac+5 OR a Master's degree / Engineering Diploma in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, mechanics, with three years' experience in the automotive industry or similar position. Advanced English is mandatory Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required Sense of Responsibility, Proactivity and Availability
