Operational Manager-Terminal Handling

- Lob Location: Sharjah, UAE

- Industry: Petrochemical

- Experience Required: Minimum 10 years as Terminal Manager

- Qualification: Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Similar Qualification

- Reporting to: Managing Director

- Salary Offered: Starting AED 8000 (Negotiable)

- Joining Time: Immediate Joining, Prefer candidate available in UAE

Should be experienced in bulk storage of below Product Segments (Chemical -Raw Materials)

1. Solvents

2. Acids

3. Gasoil

4. White oil

5. Lubricants

6. Adhesives & Construction Chemicals

o Must have experience in Marine Vessels jetty operations Import/Export, Road Tankers loading & unloading, ISO Tank Operations etc.

o Must have experience in Tank inspection & Gauging, Cargo operation documentation.

o Should have Good experience of other Tank farm operation like Inter Tank Transfer (ITT), Bunker supply operation, Pigging activity for Foam & Cup.

o Should look after Tank farm & Jetty project from civil work, Mechanical to Commissioning of the Tank farm, Pumps, Loading Gantry, Pipelines, Boiler, Fire Protection system, Safety Devices.

o Should complete the vessel operations within timeline & safely as below.

? Tank Changeover from MS to SS, Bottom/shell Plate changeover.

? Floating roof to fix roof conversion.

o Should have knowledge on various processes HAZOP Study, Hazardous Area Classification, Risk Assessment, Evacuation Plan and following Operation SOP & Safety norms. Creating safe and health working awareness among the workmen.

o Should have Completed Intelligent Pigging survey of pipelines.

o Must have experience in Tank & Pipeline Cleaning, Inspection, Quality & Quantity assessment of Cargo.

o Prepare & Disseminates Analysis Report, BRM, MIS, Loss-gain analysis report, market analysis, operation cost, budget, productivity analysis etc.

o Must aware on the operation & Maintenance of different types of Pumps, Compressors, Hydraulic equipment's.

o Day to day Operation & maintenance planning of Tank farm & Jetty Equipment's.

o Should be aware on the Work permit, Material Reservation, PR, PO & Stock aging report. Inventory management, Annual operation & Maintenance budget, and CAPEX budget.

o Analyze technical data and documents and processes by working with engineering, maintenance, operations, and project team & partners.

o Prepare & Disseminate operation SOP, Risk Assessments of maintenance & Operation Activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
