Position: Operational Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Additional: Working 6 days a week Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operational Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our e-commerce business. As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and implement strategies to enhance the overall performance of the business. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce business, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient processes. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehousing, customer service, and marketing, to streamline processes and improve overall operational performance. - Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in all operations. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency and productivity. - Monitor inventory levels, track product availability, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment. - Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. - Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in e-commerce operations, and suggest innovative strategies to stay competitive. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including data privacy, consumer protection, and shipping regulations. - Posting hiring ads, searching for suitable candidates and doing interviews. Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. - Proven experience in operational management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. - Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and customer service. - Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and other operational tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement. - Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. - Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality. - Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
