Operation Supervisor(aluminium&glass)
Job Description
Operations Supervisor ensures the efficient functioning of manufacturing, supply chain, and project execution processes in the aluminum and glass industry. The role includes monitoring daily operations, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining quality standards to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the aluminum and glass, M.S, SS industry.
Strong understanding of aluminum and glass fabrication processes, machinery, and materials.
Excellent Team coordination, Building Measurement, Work Scheduling Knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members
