Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Recruit, train and supervise staff.
- Manage the scheduling for all staff.
- Managing the schedule of groomers
- Oversee efficiency of operational processes.
- Manage sick, annual, grievances of the employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation.
- Manage and supervise the planning and operations inside Pet camp and logistics.
- Oversee the handlers and reception are maintaining a professional image.
- Ensure all operations are carried in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Perform daily walk through of the facility to observe if anything needs reported or changed / fixed by maintenance.
- Ensure all staff queries are addressed and find a solution and weekly team meetings.
- Provide the kennel supervisors with the feeding chart & Kennel plan. Print boarding cards and take feeding instructions and medication from the clients.
