Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operation Supervisor to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate must have strong background in concrete cutting, Demolition, and Concrete repair and Strengthening, along with a proven track record in machinery maintenance and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage concrete cutting, demolition, and repair projects.

- Ensure machinery and equipment are well-maintained and operational.

- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Coordinate with teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

- Monitor project progress and provide timely reports.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in concrete cutting, demolition, and repair.

- *GCC experience is mandatory.

- Strong background in machinery maintenance.

- Valid driving license.

- Diploma in Engineering or related field.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
