Job Description
Position Title: Real Estate Operation Manger
Position Overview: Our real estate company is seeking a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization\'s operations.
Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
\xc2\xb7 Improve operational management systems Hotspot & Sales force, processes, and best practices.
\xc2\xb7 Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
\xc2\xb7 Help the organization\'s processes remain legally compliant.
\xc2\xb7 Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
\xc2\xb7 Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
\xc2\xb7 Manage budgets and forecasts.
\xc2\xb7 Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
\xc2\xb7 Recruit, train and supervise staff.
\xc2\xb7 Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
\xc2\xb7 Experience budgeting and forecasting
\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with business and financial principles
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills
\xc2\xb7 Leadership ability
\xc2\xb7 Outstanding organizational skills
\xc2\xb7 Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
