We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our real estate company, ensuring that our processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee property management activities, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
