:
We Interior Fit out company looking for Operation Manager who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities across the region, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The role includes managing resources, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that safety and compliance standards are upheld. The Operations Manager also plays a critical role in process improvement and driving operational excellence in line with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of multiple projects in the UAE, ensuring timely completion and resource optimization.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and resources.
• Monitor project performance, identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety and operational standards.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in operations management in the construction/Interior fit out industry.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• UAE Driving license

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
