We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our trading activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and seamless operation across all departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the trading industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet demand.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Lead and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Resolve operational issues and address any employee or customer concerns promptly.
• Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure high standards.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
