Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end e-commerce processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with various departments (e.g., logistics, customer service, IT) to streamline operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
• Optimize the supply chain and logistics operations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, supply chain management, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using operational and inventory management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
