The Operations Manager is responsible for oversight of all operational and administrative aspects of a limousine company. This includes overseeing the daily operations, scheduling, budgeting, dealing with Uber , Careem , RTA, and Drivers. The Operations Manager will ensure the highest standards of service and quality are maintained, while also developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the limousine company, including scheduling and coordinating clients, staff, and vehicles.
- Co-ordinate with clients like Uber , Careem , Yango , RTA , Dubai Technology.
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting positive customer relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity, such as streamlining processes and developing new technologies.
- Ensure the safety and security of personnel, vehicles, and equipment.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues.
- Bachelors degree in business, operations, or related field .
- At least 8 years of experience managing operations for a limousine company.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation .
- A valid drivers license and clean driving record .
- Knowledge of RTA Rules and Regulations regarding vehicle maintenance and operations .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related software applications.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
