Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead the operation of our DAP plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, maintenance, and optimization of the Diammonium Phosphate manufacturing process. The Manager will be tasked with ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and

driving continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the DAP plant to ensure production targets are met. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize plant performance and improve efficiency.

Monitor production processes and equipment to maintain quality standards and maximize output.

Lead a team of supervisors and operators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to schedule and execute preventive maintenance and repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control protocols.

Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Manage inventory levels and procurement of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production.

Prepare reports on plant performance, production metrics, and operational KPIs for senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role in a DAP manufacturing plant.

In-depth knowledge of Diammonium Phosphate production processes and equipment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for chemical manufacturing.
