Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and manage our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our delivery services, managing the operations team, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the delivery service, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of packages.
• Manage and supervise the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage the fleet of delivery vehicles, ensuring regular maintenance and optimal utilization.
• Develop and manage the operations budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Implement and oversee technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the logistics or delivery service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
