Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Operations Manager

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the fitness or service industry Strong leadership and team management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and management software Fluent in English & Arabic Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Strong financial and analytical skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Strong communication and decision-making skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Duties & Responsibilities - Operations Manager

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Manage staff schedules, performance, and training Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction Monitor and optimize business performance and profitability Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations Identify and resolve operational challenges Maintain facility upkeep, equipment, and safety standards Build relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients Prepare and present reports to senior management
