Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational processes related to facilities management, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of successful facilities management.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of facilities management operations.
Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the facilities department, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and space planning.
Manage and allocate resources efficiently to achieve operational goals while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Evaluate and select external vendors and contractors for facility-related services and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to facilities management and implement improvements as needed.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Coordinate and oversee facility projects, renovations, and expansions from inception to completion.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations, expenses, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) with facilities Management Company, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong understanding of facility operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM) is a plus.
UAE Driving License is a must.
