Export Documentation Executive

to handle

Bill of Entry processing and customs clearance

for

UAE exports

. The ideal candidate should have expertise in

Dubai Trade Portal

and a strong understanding of

export documentation procedures

.

Key Responsibilities:

Process

Bill of Entry

for exports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with

UAE customs regulations

. Prepare and verify shipping documents, including

invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin

. Handle documentation submissions through

Dubai Trade Portal

. Liaise with

customs authorities, shipping lines, and freight forwarders

for clearance procedures. Ensure compliance with UAE's

import-export regulations and freezone policies

. Keep updated with

customs tariff codes and duty structures

. Work closely with the

operations and logistics team

to ensure smooth shipment clearance. Maintain

accurate records

and provide timely reports on customs activities. Assist in resolving any

documentation discrepancies or customs-related queries

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years

in

export documentation, bill of entry processing, and customs clearance

. Expertise in

Dubai Trade Portal

, export regulations, and customs documentation. Strong

verbal and written English skills

(Arabic is a plus). Proficiency in

MS Office, Dubai Trade Portal, and customs clearance software

. Bachelor's degree in

Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
