Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel apartment, ensuring all departments are running smoothly.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and front office operations to maintain high service standards.
Ensure all guest rooms, common areas, and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and fully functional.
Guest Experience:
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall experience.
Ensure the highest level of hospitality and service delivery.
Staff Management:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel apartment staff, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel.
Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their performance.
Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
Financial Management:
Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring budget adherence and cost efficiency.
Assist in revenue management and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability.
Prepare reports on operational performance, including occupancy rates, maintenance issues, and guest feedback.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure that the property complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Implement and oversee safety procedures to protect both guests and staff.
Conduct regular safety audits and address any concerns.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and administration to align operational goals with business objectives.
Regularly report to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of [2-5] years of experience in hotel apartment or hospitality operations.
Proven experience in managing operations, staff, and guest relations.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in hotel management software and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office).
