  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
  • Learn details about our product and service offerings
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
  • Offer solutions based on client\'s needs and capabilities
  • Keep an updated customer database
  • Track and document entries in ERP.
  • Helping the sales team by contacting customers for sales, deliveries and arranging appointments.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates.
  • Daily sales/purchase entries in ERP.
  • Vehicles checking
  • Closing of delivery trips
  • Cash handling etc.,
  • Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Making the company\'s products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
  • Entering order information into the company database
  • Answering Client questions regarding their account or sales products
Requirements:
  • A bachelor\'s degree or a related field. ( FRESHER CAN APPLY )
  • 2 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales and operation .
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
  • Computer literacy \xe2\x80\x93 a must.
  • Excellent communication,( HINDI & ENGLISH ) and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication HINDI & ENGLISH: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Coordinator operation , sales ,: 2 years (Preferred)
Location:
  • Umm al-Quwain City (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
  • 50% (Preferred)
