We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running errands, driving and managing a team of cleaners, inspecting properties to ensure they meet our high standards, and assisting with guest check-ins. This role is critical to maintaining the smooth daily operations of our business and providing excellent service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Driver & Transport: - Pick up and drop off cleaners for scheduled property cleanings. - Run any outside office errands when needed. Property Inspections: - Inspect properties after every cleaning to ensure they are cleaned thoroughly and meet our quality standards. - Ensure all items are in place, and report any missing or damaged items. - Confirm that amenities (e.g., shampoo, soap) are fully stocked and available for guests. - Take photos of the cleaned property and submit them to management for approval. Errands & Stock Management: - Deliver laundry (towels, bedsheets, etc.) as needed and keep records of inventory sent for cleaning. - Maintain and manage cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock is low. Guest Support: - Assist with guest check-ins when necessary, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests. - Provide assistance with any guest needs or requests during their stay. - Report any guest-caused damages or issues immediately to management. Requirements: - Valid Bahrain driving license with car. - Previous experience in hotels. - Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. - Ability to work independently and efficiently. - Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
