Candidates should have a minimum of 05 - 08 Years of GCC experience in the respective field is mandatory. . Lead and motivate the operations and maintenance team. . Manage day-to-day operations for efficiency. . Coordinate routine equipment maintenance. . Ensure safety compliance and address issues. . Monitor and control operational costs. . Resolve operational challenges promptly. . Provide training and development opportunities. . Candidates will have to perform all the duties as instructed by their Superiors. .
