Roles & Responsibilities

• Follow the Production plan given by seniors
• Operate the Machine & perform setup change as per Production Plan
• Working on Assembly stations
• Packaging of the finished product
• Follow the Safety norms
• Follow the standard work instructions
• Achieve the 90% efficiency
• Machine or assembly area 5'S on daily basis
• Active participation in Shop floor Improvement projects
• Active participation in Kaizen
• Multi skill
• Zero rejection in Production
• Zero customer complaint

Requirements & skills

• Diploma In Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (Fresher or 1-2 years experience in Production)
• Auto-cad will be an added advantage
• Team player
• Good Communication skill & Analytical skill
• Technically sound
• Ownership in work

Factory Location: Umm Al Quwain Free trade zone

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
