Job Title: Application Analyst - OpenText Content Management System (CMS)Experience Level: 6-8 YearsJob Overview:We\'re currently in search of a skilled Application Analyst with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team. The focus of this role is to play a key part in supporting the OpenText platform, particularly in the development of the Content Management System (CMS). As an experienced professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, improving, and optimizing our CMS solutions within the OpenText ecosystem.Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced support for the entire OpenText platform, showcasing proficiency in CMS development.
- Respond promptly to system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of CMS solutions, aligning them with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of CMS projects.
- Utilize your expertise in programming and scripting languages, such as Java, JavaScript, or similar, to enhance CMS functionalities.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies within the OpenText ecosystem and apply them to improve our systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement robust CMS solutions.
- Investigate and resolve complex application-related issues, striving for efficient and effective solutions.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience supporting the OpenText platform, with a focus on CMS development.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, such as Java, JavaScript, or similar.
- Knowledge of CMS principles, OpenText architecture, and customization options.
- Experience in contributing to CMS development projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
