Job Title: Application Analyst - OpenText Content Management System (CMS) Experience Level: 6-8 Years Job Overview: We're currently in search of a skilled Application Analyst with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team. The focus of this role is to play a key part in supporting the OpenText platform, particularly in the development of the Content Management System (CMS). As an experienced professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, improving, and optimizing our CMS solutions within the OpenText ecosystem. Responsibilities: Provide advanced support for the entire OpenText platform, showcasing proficiency in CMS development. Respond promptly to system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of CMS solutions, aligning them with organizational objectives. Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of CMS projects. Utilize your expertise in programming and scripting languages, such as Java, JavaScript, or similar, to enhance CMS functionalities. Stay updated on emerging technologies within the OpenText ecosystem and apply them to improve our systems. Work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement robust CMS solutions. Investigate and resolve complex application-related issues, striving for efficient and effective solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience supporting the OpenText platform, with a focus on CMS development. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, such as Java, JavaScript, or similar. Knowledge of CMS principles, OpenText architecture, and customization options. Experience in contributing to CMS development projects throughout their lifecycle. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
