We operate from Delhi along with certain project locations.We are currently looking to hire a smart and efficient Project Manager to be based on-site at our client location in UAE.Please note: this is a contractual role with a minimum 6 months of service. It could be extended up to a year.Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between our company and the client.
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct in-person meetings with the client to present project updates, discuss challenges, and seek feedback.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
• Identify, engage, and manage all project stakeholders, including client representatives, internal teams, and external partners.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Visit client warehouses and other relevant sites to understand current processes and gather detailed requirements.
• Analyze and document requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources required.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client\'s team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to the management and the client.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on project performance and client feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the blockchain or supply chain domain.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
