On Site Event Coordinator
Job Description
Location: Fujairah, UAE
We are seeking an experienced On-Site Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Fujairah.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing detailed event plans, ensuring all aspects align with the overall vision.
• Source and secure vendors, including food trucks and local businesses, to enhance the event experience.
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise on-site to maintain a high standard of service.
• Ensure the safety and security of the event site at all times.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in event management, with a strong portfolio of successfully planned and executed events.
• Comprehensive understanding of event planning, from concept to execution.
• Familiarity with the legal requirements and regulations in the emirate of Fujairah
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
