Job Title: Online Travel Agent

Job Summary:

The OTA Manager will be responsible for managing the relationships between hotels and online travel agencies to drive revenue growth for the company. The OTA Manager will identify new opportunities for partnerships, negotiate contracts, and analyze data to optimize performance.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Travel Agent to join our team. As an Online Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and booking travel arrangements for clients via phone, email, and online chat. You will utilize your expertise and knowledge of travel destinations, transportation, and accommodations to create personalized travel itineraries that meet clients' specific needs and preferences.

Should be experience with Agoda bookings , Expedia , and Halal booking

Key Responsibilities:

- Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements for clients

- Provide recommendations and advice on travel destinations, activities, and attractions

- Research and resolve travel-related issues and concerns

- Utilize online booking tools and software to manage bookings and itineraries

- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to confirm travel details and provide updates

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel restrictions, and health and safety guidelines

- Meet sales targets and revenue goals

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably as an online travel agent

- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, transportation, and accommodations

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Proficiency in online booking tools and software, such as Expedia, Sabre, or Amadeus

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
