Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations and support the online sales team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming leads, track financial transactions, and generate detailed reports to streamline operations and drive growth in our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Online Sales Coordination :
• Respond to customer inquiries and leads from WhatsApp and social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for customer interactions and transactions.
• Financial Coordination :
• Process payments and ensure accurate invoicing for online sales.
• Monitor and reconcile financial transactions related to online sales platforms.
• Reporting :
• Generate financial and sales performance reports for management review.
• Provide insights on sales trends and customer purchasing behavior.
• Record Keeping :
• Maintain and update financial records, including online sales invoices, payment confirmations, and refunds.
• Conduct periodic audits of online sales transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with the online sales team to align financial operations with sales goals.
• Support inventory tracking for online orders, ensuring stock levels meet customer demand.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in e-commerce or online retail.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Both Arabic and English speakers .
