The online seller is a true e-commerce expert. The main objective is to increase sales within the company. To achieve this, YOU actively support consumers throughout the buying process.
ROLES:
• Provide them with detailed product information even remotely.
• Simplify the payment process and guarantee simple and relatively fast delivery.
• You must strive to retain customers by offering them a pleasant shopping experience through its proactive presence and its support methods.
• By listening to the opinions of consumers, you must also analyze opinions and reactions regarding prices, the perception of product quality, and traffic on each page of the site.
• Photograph and write descriptions of the items they will sell and put the information online.
• Interact with customers to answer questions or resolve problems.
• MUST BE TALKATIVE WHILE SELLING AND FRIENDLY TO ONLINE BUYERS.
• Calculate total purchase amounts, taxes, and shipping costs; process payments; and send orders.
• Must be knowledgeable on Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel) as well as Odoo System. (Exceptions considered)
• Knows how to speak English and Tagalog.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Working hours are from 2:00 - 11:00 PM
• High School or equivalent
• Day offs will be negotiated on the interview process
