:
As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling inbound calls, providing quotations to salespersons for their customers, and performing stock checks. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will help ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Call Handling:
- Answer incoming calls from customers.
- Provide information and assistance regarding products, services, and order status.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Quotation Preparation:
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations to salespersons for their customers.
- Ensure all quotations are prepared in a timely manner and follow company pricing policies.
Stock Checking:
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update the sales team on inventory status.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
