Supplier Sourcing and Management:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers through online platforms.
Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product availability.
Order Fulfillment and Customer Service:
Oversee order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to online orders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Manage online advertising campaigns, including PPC, social media, and email marketing.
