Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Online Sales Representative for one of our client in Al Ain . The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers online, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to drive sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to online inquiries and provide product or service information to potential customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers through various digital channels such as chat, email, and social media. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Process online sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the sales system. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online sales strategies and campaigns. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience

6 months to 2 years

in online sales, customer service, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Proficiency in using digital tools such as CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and social media. Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of online interactions. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or office environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
