Job Responsibilities:
• User Communication: Engage in real-time communication with users in India via social media platforms such as WhatsApp, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Adhere strictly to the company's established sales strategies to reactivate dormant users and facilitate initial engagement with new users, leading to paid conversions.
• Data Analysis and Feedback: Monitor and analyze sales data, providing timely feedback on market trends and user needs to support company decision-making.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with online gaming sector.
• Experience using social media platforms like WhatsApp.
• Proficiency in various CRM systems, with the ability to analyze and manage user data effectively.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in online sales; experience in the internet gaming industry is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and maintain good interactions with customers.
• Learning Ability: Strong learning aptitude, with the ability to adapt swiftly to new products and information.
