About the role:

The Online Reputation Manager will be responsible for managing and improving our company's online reputation across various platforms, including marketplace reviews, product and seller reviews, and public relations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of reputation management strategies, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategies to enhance our company's image and reduce negative feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize marketplace reviews, product reviews, and seller reviews on platforms such as Google, Trustpilot, and TrustedShops.
• Monitor and manage the company's online presence and reputation on review sites, social media, and other platforms.
• Develop and implement PR strategies to create positive company presentations on Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Respond to customer reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify potential issues and implement countermeasures to reduce negative feedback.
• Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
• Analyze trends and develop reports to inform the management team about the company's online reputation
• Online Reputation Manager will be responsible for executing managing digital content across multiple platforms, and enhancing the online presence and personal brands of key executives.
• Conduct off-page SEO activities, focusing on strategic guest posts/articles to improve SERP rankings.
• Establish policies and procedures, systems and standards that will avoid any negative impacts on the organization.
• Reaching out to dissatisfied customers is an important procedure to control negative reviews.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of content across multiple websites and social media platforms.
• Publish articles on the blog sections of the websites and associated social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Handle difficult situations such as internet blackmail and ethical manipulation of search engine results or reviews.
• Enhance and maintain the personal brands of key executives online.
• Create and post custom content on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
• Expertly manage and develop WordPress websites, including converting non-WordPress sites to WordPress if necessary.
• Ensure proper configuration of 301 redirects and Cloudflare protection for each site.
• Provide guidance and oversight to the full-time content writer.
• Ensure alignment of the content strategy with overall ORM goals.
• Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with the writer to maintain high standards of content quality.
• Analyze and report social media actions for successes and new opportunities.
• Analyze reputation factors and measure brand reputation .
• Create an amazing client experience by providing positive content via email, posts, and tweets.
• Audits and analyzes social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
• Coordinate counter domain typosquatting actions with external vendors if necessary.
• Manages all social media channels, campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase engagement and online audience satisfaction.

Candidate requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce or a related industry.
• Familiarity with SEO and online marketing strategies.
• Experience with customer service and managing customer feedback
• Proven experience in online reputation management, PR, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of online review platforms and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and provide constructive solutions.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in online reputation management and content creation.
• This role requires a highly organized and creative individual with excellent writing skills, experience in content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High level of creativity and attention to detail.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Knowledge of the AI and technology industry.
