We are looking for an experienced and motivated Online Customer Specialist to join our team at IIQAF. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers and helping drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
Answering customer questions promptly and accurately, guiding customers through the sales process while assessing their needs.
Accurately entering customer orders into our system, providing customers with order status updates, and follow up with customers on delivery timelines.
Troubleshoot any product issues or complaints from customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction with the online shopping experience.
Develop new strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Generate reports on customer service performance, including customer trends and feedback.
Maintain and update customer accounts.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and advancements.
Requirements
2 years of experience in customer service.
Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to develop.
Experienced with CRM software and eCommerce platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
