A Day in the Life
As an Online Brand Manager for L'Oreal Professional Products in Dubai, you will be at the forefront of driving our brand's digital presence and engagement in the region. Reporting to the Marketing Manager LP, you'll be part of an international and diverse team, contributing to the growth and success of our online channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital landscape of professional beauty, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies to connect with our audience and drive business results.
You'll play a crucial strategic role, leading L'Oreal Professionnel's online presence, which currently represents a significant 14% of the total brand's weight of business (WOB) across color, care, and styling in the GCC. Collaborating closely with brand stakeholders, the Zone team, and the wider e-commerce community, you'll leverage your deep understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing to drive consistent brand identity and achieve ambitious growth objectives across all platforms. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of L'Oreal Professionnel's e-commerce success.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive online channel strategies aligned with the overall brand objectives.
Drive social commerce activation to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Adapt global brand strategies to resonate with the local market, ensuring cultural relevance and consumer engagement.
Performance Management & Optimization:
Utilize data-driven decision-making to analyze online channel performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage digital and media performance, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.

Collaboration & Innovation:
