This position will be based at one of our client's sites.Key Responsibilities:
Live Event Management: Operating the master controls of AV systems during live events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Event Coordination: Coordinating with event organizers to understand their AV needs and ensuring all requirements are met.
System Setup and Configuration: Setting up, configuring, and maintaining AV systems, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and control systems.
Technical Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting any issues that arise during events.
Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance and preventive checks on AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Documentation: Creating and updating user guides and other documentation related to AV systems.
Cabling and Wiring: Implementing cabling and wiring for AV setups, ensuring all connections are secure and functional.
Quality Control: Monitoring live-streaming video quality and managing the delivery of digital media.
Scheduling Coordination: Coordinating with external events teams to schedule live events and rehearsal dates.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOREducational and Experaince Requirements:
3 + years active working experience in Events Technology
3 + years active experience in installation and operation of professional video, audio ,and lighting systems.
3 + years working in an event setup environment, with hands-on exposure to wiring, build outs, teardown, etc.
Passion for the latest in professional events technology system.
Preferred Technology Exposure:
Proficient in operating Resolume Arena for advanced video mapping and projection.(Required)
Skilled in using Media Servers for media playback and real-time video manipulation.
Competent in utilizing vMix for live video production and streaming or alternative =.
Adept at managing Lightware Matrix Switcher for high-performance signal routing.
Capable of operating Analog Way Pulse2 for versatile video switching and scaling.
Proficient in handling Barco S3 for modular screen management and video processing.
Final Cut Pro: Proficiency in video editing and production using Final Cut Pro or alternative
Adobe Premiere: Skilled in video editing, color grading, and audio mixing with Adobe Premiere.
After Effects: Ability to create and manipulate visual effects and motion graphics using After Effects.
Dante Certification: Knowledge of Dante networking for audio over IP solutions.
Crestron Systems: Experience with Crestron control systems for integrated AV solutions.
AutoCAD: Ability to use AutoCAD for designing AV system layouts and schematics (desired)
Soldering: Proficiency in soldering for repairing and maintaining AV equipment. (desired)
QLab: Skilled in using QLab for show control and multimedia playback.
Live Sound: Expertise in managing live sound systems, including mixing and sound reinforcement.
Lighting Design: Knowledge of lighting design and operation for enhancing visual presentations.
Wireless Microphones: Experience with setting up and managing wireless microphone systems.
