Onboarding Specialist (kyc)

Job Description

The Onboarding Specialist will report directly to the Head of Compliance, ensuring all new clients are onboarded correctly to confirm a seamless and efficient experience from beginning to end.

This role will oversee the complete onboarding process for new clients, encompassing KYC/AML checks, account opening as well as product training. This Specialist will also ensure swift and accurate responses, acting as the primary contact for new clients, while seamlessly coordinating with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process. In addition, this role is expected to recognise and escalate any potential issues during the onboarding process whilst keeping precise records and documentation of client exchanges.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should hold a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Business or a related field and must have at least 1 year of experience in client onboarding or similar within financial services. Experience with CRM software, World Check or similar platforms is advantageous. The ideal candidate must also hold a strong knowledge of DFSA KYC/AML regulations and requirements. In addition, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
