Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation and Outreach:
• Identify and contact potential business service providers to generate leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing businesses.
• Educate businesses on the benefits of listing their services on our platform.
• Onboarding Management:
• Guide businesses through the onboarding process, ensuring they meet all listing standards and operating procedures.
• Assist businesses in setting up their profiles and listing their services effectively.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to businesses as needed.
• Quality Assurance:
• Monitor and ensure that all business listings adhere to our standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of listings to maintain quality and consistency.
• Complaint and Issue Resolution:
• Manage the escalation and de-escalation of business complaint tickets.
• Act as a liaison between businesses and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure a smooth offboarding process for businesses when necessary, maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• Reporting and Feedback:
• Generate reports on onboarding metrics, lead generation, and complaint resolution.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve the onboarding process and platform features.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a service industry or customer servicer industry
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or onboarding role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints and difficult situations professionally.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
