The role involves creating and managing product records in alignment with company standards, ensuring accuracy from the outset to support seamless business operations. This includes tasks like classifying products using customs/HS codes, preparing and analysing data for quality assurance, and offering process-oriented advice to colleagues across various business units. As the role supports multiple segments of the business, the specialist must have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of data processes and compliance.Additionally, the role involves evaluating current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing enhancements to optimize data management processes. With an analytical mindset, the specialist will act as a critical bridge between operational teams and master data, ensuring that any new data adheres to quality and consistency standards. Collaboration is also key, as the role requires regular engagement with internal stakeholders to support their data needs while working independently to meet deadlines and priorities effectively. Create and maintain product master data in alignment with company standards.
Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement.
Perform task-related duties, including but not limited to:
Managing product items across all B&S segments, including customs/HS code classification and product knowledge.
Preparing and analysing product data to ensure quality and consistency.
Supporting and consulting with business units and teams regarding master data processes.
Qualifications
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree (preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field).
Proven experience in administrative or back-office roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines.
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of customs codes/HS code classification.
Process improvement experience.
Experience in the Food and Beverage sector.
