This would be an office-based role, and the right candidate should be available to join immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition for new properties joining our portfolio, from initial contact through to listing optimization and guest-ready status. You'll collaborate with property owners, internal teams, and external service providers to deliver exceptional experiences for both property owners and guests.

Responsibilities:

Gather and organize the property's related documents for the onboarding

• Draft new lease agreement contracts
• Manage the DTCM permit issuance
• Collaborate with Accounting to draft invoices.
• Coordinate with the rest of the team to activate utilities and pay the providers.
• Gather information about the work and move-in procedures in the building/community and submit the relative documentation.
• Book Property Photoshoot.
• Release of keys, cards and remotes to Operation team at the end of the onboarding process; and ensuring record keeping of the same. Proper labeling of keys, cards and remotes.
• Produce and print Guests information brochures
• Coordinate the purchases and payments for property revamps when needed
• Ensure the DTCM permits are sent to the building reception.
• Manage the company's inventory in collaboration with accounting department.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks when needed.
• Regularly update the progress of the onboarding process on Salesforce

Qualifications:

Strong IT skills: Excel or Google Sheets, Word, PowerPoint; Document filing, calendar management, and Salesforce.

Strong planning, organizational and administrative skills

English - fluent working proficiency (both speaking and writing)

Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or related industry preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
